We are a group of business, real estate investors, hospitality and public health professionals, researchers, healthcare providers and clinical instructors.

We bring a unique set of skills to the real estate industry.

Our goal is to advance our understanding of how the built environment is impacting performance, productivity, health, wellbeing and the quality of life of occupants in commercial, residential and public buildings as well as within the hospitality industry with an emphasis in musculoskeletal disorders (e.g. back and neck pain).

Certify commercial, residential, public and hotel buildings around the world, using research, technology, innovation, and commercialization.

1- Help government agencies and private partners implement a standardization process to transform buildings into healthy buildings with a focus on reducing the risk of and disability rate due to MSDs.

2- Help property owners better communicate their commitment to improve tenants’ wellbeing and improve the impact their buildings have with the environment.

3- Help people improve their health and quality of life while living and working in commercial, residential, public buildings and enjoying hotels around the world.
